SDSU's “Quest for the Best” award annually recognizes up to 10 outstanding student leaders.
Nominations are open to students who have completed at least 1 year at SDSU and at least 75 units of coursework, who demonstrate academic excellence and student involvement, and who participate in community service.
Applications will be available on Friday, January 18.

SDSU's annual Student Research Symposium is a 2-day event that recognizes the outstanding scholarly achievements of SDSU students. All SDSU students are encouraged to submit submit an application to present either preliminary or completed results from their original research. Registration is open, and the deadline is midnight, February 1, 2013.
