Come see Luna, one of the therapy dogs from Counseling & Psychological Services, in person at the Pride Center on Thursdays from 1-2 p.m. during “Lounge with Luna!”
She’ll be waiting to meet you on Dec. 2 and 9 – and a quick visit is the perfect antidote to finals stress and jitters.
Luna, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/poodle mix, came to SDSU just before the pandemic to join Baxter as the university’s second therapy dog. Her arrival to SDSU was made possible by a gift from James Rostello, a teacher from Kansas who retired to San Diego in 2005.

It’s basketball season for the men’s and women’s programs and, for the first time since the pandemic, you can cheer your Aztecs on in person!
The men’s and women’s programs play a combined seven times at Viejas Arena during the month of December, including the women’s matchup against Big 10 power Ohio State.
The men’s basketball program is expected to be in the hunt for another Mountain West Conference title and is picked by the media and coaches to finish third in the conference.
