Description: Accountable to Program Manager and group home administrator for the maintenance of the deaf group home level 12 facility and the provision of a safe, consistent and nurturing environment for the youth in residence. Supervise youth, meal preparation, house maintenance, and other in-house activities, as scheduled. Coordinate recreational and academic enrichment activities and independent living skills. Coordinate youth doctor appointments and other health –related needs. Provide crisis intervention services, as necessary. Transport service-partners to off-site appointments, court, etc. using own and agency vehicles.

  • Perform market research and analysis for properties and markets considered for acquisition, development, or asset management.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis and economic modeling including structuring cash flow models and calculation of cash-on-cash yields, IRR analysis and discounted cash flow valuations to assess viability and profitability of potential acquisitions, developments, or dispositions.
  • Perform acquisition due diligence activities including but not limited to: financial analysis, title and zoning review, building evaluation coordination and review, environmental review, lease review and abstraction, and document review
