Description: CEA Coastal Engineering Associates specializes in civil engineering for custom residential, custom houses, building permits and land surveying. CEA is looking for an entry-level civil engineering-CADD drafter for part-time work – to help prepare grading and improvement plans, building and residential construction plans.
Position: Part-time hours from 16-25 hours per week available. Flexible schedule for university classes. Time off for finals workable. Must have completed coursework equivalent to junior level with CADD drafting class, some upper-division civil engineering class or structural engineering class. Description: Atlas Executive Consulting, LLC (Atlas) is a consulting company specializing in Federal professional support services. Atlas currently has about 170 employees across the U.S, with large presences in San Diego, CA, Charleston, SC, and Norfolk, VA. Atlas’s focus areas are Financial Management/Audit, Business Intelligence, and Operations Support. Atlas’ founder and CEO began his consulting career in San Diego with Booz Allen Hamilton after completing an MBA at SDSU and currently serves as a Mentor for the Lavin Entrepreneurship Center.
Position: Prior to COVID, Atlas’s social media and website focused on events. Atlas highlighted the many company gatherings and community volunteer events that were a large part of the employee experience. Atlas’ SM has been stagnant since the virus outbreak. The company’s customer for its web presence is potential recruits and existing employees, it is not used for customer acquisition. The company needs to figure out how to utilize its SM to continue to reach the intended audience in a post-COVID environment. A successful intern will work directly with the CEO and an in-house graphic designer to develop a successful SM program that the company can manage going forward in conjunction with a new website launch. 3D CAD Multimedia Intern

Description: This is an amazing opportunity for anyone in engineering and design to gain valuable skills with CAD, CAM and BIM software by helping to develop instructional videos alongside our team of applications engineers and other 3D CAD interns. You'll work with and learn a wide variety of software, from CAD tools like SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD, to media production software like Camtasia and Photoshop.

Student-Athlete Academic Tutor
SDSU Student-Athlete Academic Support Services
Wage: $14/hour
Description: Student-Athlete Academic Support Services hires qualified tutors to meet with student-athletes in a virtual setting and assist them in a wide variety of subject areas. Tutors must be able to effectively support student-athletes via a virtual platform. Tutors are expected to help student-athletes understand assignments, work through problems and improve their study skills. Tutoring is not a replacement for classroom instruction; rather, it serves as a supplement that will help student-athletes succeed in their coursework.
Position: This position is part time and is expected to be virtual for the duration of the fall 2020 semester. Tutors can expect to work between 1-20 hours per week, depending on availability and tutoring demand.
