Conrad Klement Memorial Scholarship
Scholarship award amount: Up to $10,000 (may be renewed)
Open to all majors
February 10, 2017 application deadline
Scholarship details
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have a minimum 2.75 overall cumulative GPA
- Be enrolled full-time
- Be a permanent resident of San Diego County
- Demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships
- Have filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application by April 1
- Complete a minimum of 24 units per academic year
- Submit the following materials to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships:
- A resume
- At least one recommendation letter
- An essay of no more than 500 words describing why you need financial assistance; any obstacles that you have overcome; what you intend to do with your education; why getting an education is important to you; and an accomplishment that is a source of pride for you.
