The San Diego County District Attorney’s Office’s Youth Advisory Board Seeking Student Graphic Designer, Web Designer, and Mobile App Designer

Volunteer/Internship

We are looking for designers with a strong understanding of branding and advertising to focus on developing campaign logos, web page, and/or mobile apps for our Youth Advisory Boards.

The mission of the District Attorney's Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is to educate and advise the community. We aim to spread general awareness about the needs and challenges of the youth, and pressing issues affecting young people in San Diego County, resulting in a positive change throughout the community.

In the past, the Youth Advisory Board developed the message of “4 or 40: The Choice is Yours” — the choices your making during your four years in high school will impact the next 40 years of your life. The board worked with a local studio to produce a short film, which went on to win an Emmy award.

To learn more about the past campaign, visit www.choose4or40.com.

Currently, campaign topics include: redefining success, respecting one another’s struggles and finding unity through differences.

***A stipend will be given to the designers.***
Designer’s work will also be featured on the DA’s YAB website. We are looking for someone who is excited about collaborating with youth!

If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact: Grace Liu at [email protected] or (619) 515-8417. Please let us know whether you are a graphic, web, and/or mobile app designer.
