Description:The successful candidate will be able to perform general office tasks, including but not limited to: answering all incoming calls on multi-line phone system, greeting and assisting office visitors, maintaining office calendar, maintaining filing system, and creating, copying, faxing and scanning office documents/correspondence. They’ll also be responsible for the daily appearance and organization of the office in general and can expect to regularly interact with company employees, in the office and the field, and assist Marketing with tasks/special projects.
