Registry Training & Outreach Coordinator

Wage: $53,000 per year

Description: Under the supervision of the Registry Supervisor, and as a member of a team, this position performs training of individual providers, recruitment, and community outreach. Other duties include: facilitates registry training classes, interviews and screens registry applicants, develops outreach and recruitment plans as necessary, networks with professional and community groups/organizations, generates and maintains registry reports, files, and training records, creates letters, pamphlets, handouts and social media content, provides phone customer service support, and uses specialized computer applications to enter and retrieve information, process eligibility determinations, issue notices, and prepares correspondence.

Clinician

Wage: $24/hr

Description: The Clinician will provide counseling, education, and prevention services to children, youth, and families referred to us through other agencies or within this agency. Responsibilities include: Provide psycho-social assessment and services to youth (6-18) and families. Understand how to identify, refer and/or treat dual diagnosis issues. Provide case management services including psycho-social assessment and treatment planning. Maintain accurate updated case files and compile statistical data monthly. Maintain on-going outreach and linkage building activities within the community, the schools and juvenile justice system. Meet county standards for billable units.

Marketing Student Assistant (MSA)

Description: The purpose of this position is to assist the Office of Housing Administration with an array of projects that will support our marketing collaterals, website, posters, brochures, newsletters and digital display graphics. The MSA shall create graphic designs and maintain content for the digital display system used in on campus housing facilities through the use of the Spinetix Presenter software. The MSA shall write and manage content for various student and staff-focused newsletters. The MSA shall update website content and navigation and other duties as assigned.
