Would you like to be known as the holiday party planner for next year and beyond? Or would you like to be the go-to event planner for your department, club, sorority, fraternity or other campus group?

Whether you are seeking to make a career out of it or just brushing up your skills, consider taking the Professional Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning program through SDSU’s College of Extended Studies.

By earning a certificate in meeting and event planning, you may request to have the HTM 431 requirement waived in the upper division Hospitality and Tourism Management major at SDSU.

The Meeting and Event Planning professional certificate program will host an open house from 6 to 7:30 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 14 in the SDSU Extended Studies Center. Spring courses begin January 23.

For more information, email [email protected], call (619) 594-1138, or go to the Meeting and Event Planning Program website. The website also includes a video highlighting the Meeting and Event Planning program.
