Competition for Student Entrepreneurs

The Entrepreneurial Management Center (EMC) at SDSU gives students with "entrepreneurial spirits" the tools they need to succeed in today's competitive economy!
Each semester, the EMC holds a competition in which students with outstanding business ideas are awarded cash prizes to help their dreams come true.
The Lavin VentureStart Competition consists of 3 timely lectures from professors and field experts (one each in September, October and November). Students will then have an opportunity to submit a business plan, and in a final competition, judges will provide feedback and name a winner.
Student entrepreneurs: This is a great opportunity for you to polish your entrepreneurial skills and network with each other and with faculty and other professionals!
