Electrical Engineer Intern

Description: Seeking an electrical engineer to work on a program designing, testing, and building a small satellite. Duties would include, but are not limited to, designing digital and power systems, performing electrical and environmental testing of subsystems, writing software code, and working closely with other mechanical, electrical, and software engineers. You will spend considerable amount of time in the lab and clean room.
Experience with OrCAD or Altium, C++, and test equipment is preferred.

Description: Accountable to Spring Valley & East Communities Campus (SVECC) Program Managers to provide comprehensive trauma-informed services as part of the Community Assessment Team (CAT) program. The goal of the CAT program is to prevent East County youth ages 6-18 from entering or continuing in the juvenile justice system by providing prevention and intervention services for identified at-risk youth and their families. Juvenile Recovery Specialist is responsible for screening possible intakes, providing intake assessments, crisis management, creating a service plan in partnership with the youth and their parent/legal guardian, and facilitating appropriate referrals including appropriate treatment and recovery services to youth. In addition, responsible for providing prevention and intervention facilitated groups on a variety of topics, including: alcohol and other drug use, teen pregnancy prevention, self-esteem, positive choices, and anger management.

This position will produce newscasts, write and assign others to write, coordinate coverage with assignment editors, executive producer, and other producers. Additional duties include: Oversee on-air production, making necessary changes; coordinate all elements of production; work closely with production, engineering, and photography staffs. The producer will also contribute regularly to 10news.com and make sure others on the newscast also contribute to our website.
