39th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade

Monday, January 21, 2019

Every year, thousands of community members march down the streets of downtown San Diego to honor the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The SDSU community, as an essential part of the San Diego region, will participate in the 39th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade. The parade will be held Monday, Jan. 21, 2019, at 2 p.m. on Harbor Drive in the Embarcadero. SDSU President Adela De la Torre, Provost and Senior Vice President Joseph Johnson Jr. and Vice President Christy Samarkos invite all students, faculty, staff, alumni and their families to join the SDSU delegation and march together as One SDSU Community.

Please join us in honoring one of our most prominent civil rights leaders. Celebrate the dream by participating in this annual event.

We look forward to seeing you there!
