But fitness and nutrition are only part of the puzzle when it comes to living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
This wellness page is a resource to help you take a holistic approach to your health at SDSU. Here are some of the many campus resources available to students to improve their physical and mental health. Check them out!
- Calpulli Center
In addition to the Department of Health Promotion, Calpulli Center houses Counseling and Psychological Services, Student Disability Services, and Student Health Services — all available to
students as part of basic tuition and fees.
- Wellness Office & Other A.S. resources
A satellite office of Health Promotion, located in the ARC, the Wellness Office provides wellness and nutrition education. Many health and wellness resources are also available through Associated Students, including a variety of fitness and sports opportunities, student organizations, and activities on and off campus.
- Student Life and Leadership
Staying involved in a meaningful way is an important part of your overall wellness. Find a great variety of ways to get involved through Student Life and Leadership groups and activities.
- Public Safety / University Police
The SDSU Police Department is charged with safeguarding the campus community through proactive professional law enforcement and service delivery. The department provides a variety of services including blue emergency phones located around campus, safety walking escort services, and a rape and sexual assault workshop.
