Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Grants

BIA grants are available to students who are at least one-quarter American Indian, Eskimo, or Aleut, as certified by the BIA and/or tribal group serviced by the BIA.

Each agency establishes its own deadlines and eligibility requirements.

To obtain a BIA grant application, contact the specific office that services the tribe where you or your parents are registered. For a list of area offices, visit the Bureau of Indian Education website.
