Description: T​he primary purpose of the position is to assist the Director of Nursing in the day-to-day functions of the McColl Family Health Center nursing unit, and to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Department in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to the residents at all times. Provide professional assistance to all residents and staff of St. Paul's Senior Homes and Services when not precluded by other duties. The Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) assists in directing the activities and programs of the facilities, in consultation with the Director of Nursing. The Clinical Care Coordinator serves on various committees of the facility as directed by the Director of Nursing and as required by Federal, State, or Local regulations. Assists in evaluations and implements recommendations from the facility's committees and/or consultants. Committees might include the facility Safety Committee and corporate Safety Officers Committee, as well as the corporate Continuous Quality Assurance Committee.

Geriatric Care Coordinator

Description: T​he Geriatric Care Coordinator acts as the liaison between clients, the Wellness Center, the Dental Center and the healthcare system. The Dental Care Coordinator ensures clients receive the care they need and that they understand their medical conditions, medications, and other instructions. In addition, this role is responsible for assessing, communicating and coordinating social services, housing needs, and health and mental health referrals.

Sustainability Intern

Salary Level:  $15-17/hour

Description: W​hile seeking a four-year degree, the employee supports facilities department in administrative duties, supporting the corporate sustainability initiative, along with environmental tracking and reporting. This position typically works under close supervision and direction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collects data to communicate and help develop updated goals and objectives for the sustainability initiative.
  • Attends off-site sustainability meetings to represent Cubic and bring back ideas for implementation.
  • Collects data for annual report.
  • Communicates with and gather information from Cubic’s global sustainability POC’s.
  • Supports scanning and organizing of environmental records.


Public Health Nutritionist
County of Imperial

Salary Level: $4,372-$5,320/monthly

Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's Degree in nutrition, dietetics or related field from a school accredited by the American Dietetic Association.

Description: T​he Programmer/Analyst designs, develops, modifies, configures, debugs and evaluates application programs for functional business areas. Programs include reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFWs). Analyzes existing applications and systems and formulates logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, logical database design, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis as defined in the IT Methodology, in collaboration with business analyst and other project team members.
