Student Spotlight: Sophomore Francisco Martinez

sdsu student leaders Francisco Martinez

With each new semester, a fresh crop of student leaders like Francisco Martinez rise above the crowd, inspire others and help shape San Diego State’s campus and the greater San Diego community in meaningful and impactful ways. While majoring in philosophy with minors in both leadership and honors interdisciplinary studies, Francisco is inspired to lead the charge for higher education not only on campus, but also for his community — Barrio Logan.
