Summer 2017 Grade Submission Deadlines

Grades must be submitted by July 7 for S1 and August 21 for T1 and S2.

The grade submission periods for summer 2017 at San Diego State University and SDSU-Imperial Valley are:

S1 (First 6 Week Session): June 30 - July 7  
T1 (12 Week Session): August 16 - 21
S2 (Second 6 Week Session): August 16 - 21

Grades must be submitted online through the WebGrades function in the SDSU WebPortal. The WebGrades function will be closed after 11 p.m. on the final date of each grading period.

Late grades (those not submitted via the SDSU WebPortal by the University Senate deadline) can only be submitted using the grade change function in the SDSU WebPortal. The Office of the Registrar does not accept late grades via printed rosters for manual posting by the Office of the Registrar staff.

Outstanding Incomplete (“I”) grades from Summer 2016:

Any outstanding Incomplete (“I”) grades from summer 2016 must be updated prior to 11 p.m. on August 21, 2017. After that deadline, all outstanding “I” grades from summer 2016 will be changed to an Incomplete Charged (IC).
