Both a CSUMentor application (for admission to the university) and Decision Desk program application (for admission to the academic program) are required

All students must complete this application by this deadline. No exceptions.

Decision Desk Application

Priority deadline: January 28, 2017
If you apply by this date you will know about your admission by March 31, 2017
