Program Advising for Multiple Subject, Single Subject, Bilingual and Special Education credential programs and undergraduate student advising for the Department of Child & Family Development is provided in the Office of Student Services (EBA 259). Advising for programs other than those listed above is provided in the department offices for each program (please refer to the "COE Departments" page for contact information).

The Office of Student Services provides prospective student advising. Current or admitted credential students should visit your department office for advising services. 

Prospective Student Walk-In Advising Hours (no appointment necessary):

Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Are you interested in our dual (Special Education & Bilingual Education) credential program? Please contact Mr. Ernesto Sanz at for additional information. Mr. Sanz is available to see students in EBA-259 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am - 3 pm. 

Group Advising Sessions

The Office of Student Services will conduct group advising sessions per the schedule listed below. Please take a few minutes to read the descriptions of the sessions to ensure that you select the session(s) that best match the program that you are interested in.

All advising sessions will be held in EBA-259 and do not require an appointment. To ensure that there is sufficient time allotted for your appointment time please plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the end of Pam's advising hours.  In times of excessive walk-in traffic it may be necessary to notify you that there will not be sufficient time to see you prior to Pam's departure. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and ask you to make every attempt to arrive towards the beginning of her advising hours to avoid this situation.
