Certificate of Eligibility

To apply for your Certificate of Eligibility, follow the steps below:  

  1. Go to the Office of Student Services (OSS) FORMS page
  2. Select “Credential Request Form - All.” 
  3. Scroll to Page 2 for payment information (follow instructions for payment).
  4. Scroll to Page 3 (fill out form).
  5. Check "Certificate of Eligibility" (left column, I am Applying for:)
  6. Print and sign the form.  
  7. Bring to OSS the following:  
    • $25 Receipt
    • Signed Certificate of Eligibility form
Allow 6-8 weeks processing period.  

We highly recommend you apply for the Certificate of Eligibility as soon as you finish the program.  There is no expiration for the COE once acquired.  The certificate ensures prospective employers that you are eligible to serve in an administrative capacity.  

When you acquire an administrative position, you should then apply for the Preliminary Administrative Credential.
