Referrals and Fees
CCCE strives to provide multi-cultural counseling to the community at an affordable cost. A sliding scale fee is based on household income and the client's ability to pay. At this time CCCE accepts cash payments only, we are not able to accept checks, debit/credit cards, or heath insurance. Clients are asked to cancel appointments 24 hours in advance by calling the clinic number to avoid a cancellation fee.
As a training facility, CCCE is not able to provide emergency services or crisis intervention. Staff members are not able to provide medication, 24-hour phone access, or emergency appointments. However, referral services and collaboration with other community mental health resources are provided. When CCCE staff are not available, clients and prospective clients may leave messages on the voicemail service. Calls are returned promptly within 24 hours except on weekends when CCCE is closed.
