Student Voices

I am so happy that I have access to the use of the High Tech Center... I take advantage of many services SDS provides and the people in charge are very knowledgeable and friendly.  SDS has been a key to my success.

--Jonathan, current student/history major

Student Advisory Board
The Student Disability Services Student Advisory Board (SDS SAB) was established to represent the voice of students with disabilities at SDSU. The board reviews and makes recommendations regarding policies, programs, and procedures within the Student Disability Services (SDS) Office. This group also works to promote disability awareness at SDSU.
Disability Awareness week
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
What Students are Saying
Here are a few comments from SDSU students about their experiences as a student with a disability

Erik, former SDSU/SDS student
I have nothing to say but positive comments about SDS.  Every time I needed assistance, the staff of SDS has gone above and beyond in helping me and encouraging me to perform well in all my courses. Thank you for all the dedication and service to the disability community.
Dana, current student/MIS major
SDS has been very helpful in getting the tools I need to complete my education here at SDSU.  With testing, I get more time because I have to read over and over.  I have found the counseling very beneficial in selecting classes and communicating with professors.
