Disability Access
Student Disability Services
Graduates with mobility or hearing difficulties or other disabilities should contact Student Disability Services by April 15, 2013 for mobility assistance, an American Sign Language interpreter, or other accommodations.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs can be checked out at the Viejas Arena meeting center (small building immediately west of Viejas Arena main entrance). A limited number of chairs are available.
To check out a wheelchair you will need a picture ID or a major credit card. Wheelchairs are not to leave the campus and must be returned within one hour after the conclusion of the ceremony.
Disabled Parking
Candidates or guests with SDSU or State of California disabled parking permits may park in any legal stall on campus.
The Department of Public Safety recommends that disabled patrons park in the following areas on the west side of campus:
A courtesy shuttle is available to pick up guests at specified locations around campus. Please arrive early, as the shuttle buses take approximately 10 minutes from the furthest location from Viejas Arena. The Department of Public Safety recommends that disabled patrons use the following shuttle sites:

Alternative parking is available in Parking Structure 4 level 8 (use the pedestrian bridge to Viejas Arena) and Parking Structure 5; however, shuttle service is not available from these two areas.
