There will be a limited number of wheelchairs available for guests to use at no charge. Wheelchairs will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the Viejas Arena meeting center (small building immediately west of Viejas Arena main entrance). To check out a wheelchair you will need a valid ID. Wheelchairs are not to leave the campus and must be returned within one hour after the conclusion of the ceremony.

Please consult the campus map to locate shuttle sites.

Alternative parking is available in Parking Structure 4 level 8 (use the pedestrian bridge to Viejas Arena) and Parking Structure 5; however, shuttle service is not available from these two areas.

American Sign Language Interpreters

Interpreters will be on stage for each ceremony at Viejas Arena. The ASL interpreters will be on the right hand side as you face the stage. Please contact Student Disability Services for additional information on seating for deaf guests.

Assistive Listening Devices

There will be a limited number of assistive listening devices available for hearing impaired guests at no charge. Listening devices will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the Pass Gate at Viejas Arena. To check out a listening device you will need a valid ID.
