Hepner Hall, 9 pm - midnight

Welcome to SDSU! New Aztecs take a ceremonial walk through the Hepner Hall arches while being greeted by current students, alumni, faculty and staff. Celebrate your first official night as an Aztec! Meet fellow classmates, learn the fight song and participate in some of the time-tested SDSU traditions. After the initial Templo ceremony, join your new friends on the ENS field where you can climb, jump, and slide on a variety of inflatable attractions!

Red and Black Welcome Back Dance

Hepner Hall, 10 pm - 2 am

Head to Hepner Hall for a night of dancing, entertainment and free food! You don't want to miss out on this fabulous annual event. Feel free to wear your Aztec red and black while you dance the night away. Music, free caricature drawings, henna tattoos and many more activities will be available to round out the evening!

Enjoy snacks and watch Marvel’s action filled film "Captain America: Civil War." Will you side with Captain America, who believes in the freedom to defend humanity without government interference? Or will you side with Iron Man, who supports strong oversight? Pick your side!

Thursday's a Drag

After last year's drag show was filled to capacity and had a line outside in the ASU Theatre, we will be scaling up this year's event for Montezuma Hall. The night will include performances by professional drag queens, as well as student performances and dancing in between acts.

Campus Carnival

Campanile Walkway, 10 pm - 2 am

Zip your way to the Campus Carnival! Campanile Walkway will be transformed into a thrilling environment featuring six major rides including a Zipline, Ferris Wheel along with carnival game booths hosted by SDSU student organizations. Have a great time dancing to DJ Keevo music styling and grab a quick bite to eat! There is something for everyone! Student parking provided in Parking Structure 4, levels 7 and 8.

Aztec Dance Marathon is "throwing it back" for the kids (#FTK)! Come hang out with the largest fundraising organization on campus as we dance to our favorite 90s tunes (music by DJ Johnny) under the Union lights, make cards for Rady Hospital patients, meet new friends and eat our favorite 90s sweet treats. There will be food, games, giveaways and FUN for fall!

Come on down to the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union for SDSU’s annual Barnyard Bash! Learn how to line dance, enjoy some traditional fair food, or challenge the infamous mechanical bull. There will be tons of carnival games and dance competitions, so break out your favorite flannel shirt and boots because you’re not going to want to miss this student-favorite Aztec Night.

Come join us for a fast-paced blend of comedy, music, and audience antics. You will laugh hysterically as America's funniest hypnotist, James Kellogg Jr., and master magician James Kellogg III take audience volunteers on a guided tour through their imaginations with HILARIOUS results! Come get your snacks and your front row seat early! Doors open at 9:30pm and the show starts at 10pm.

ENS 700 Field, 10 pm - 2 am

Come out of the darkness and step into a Foamalicious dance party featuring a “glow” euphoria….a high powered glow party with all types of music (Top 40, Hip Hop, EDM) and a LED light show that you need to see to believe! Dance the night away in one of two huge foam pits. Students are encouraged to wear neon colors. Music, activities and games hosted by your favorite SDSU football players!

Midnight Study Break

Take a break from studying for finals and join us for "The Final Blizzard."  Breakfast, study tips, contests and give-aways. This event is FREE and open to all SDSU students with a valid Red ID. See photos of a previous Midnight Study Break.
